## Scope (v1 prototype)

1. Choose: veteran claim help OR tax preparer
2. Credential check against **MOCK** data + deep link to official VA / IRS search
3. Red-flag checklist — quotes from VA / VSAFE / IRS / TAS only
4. “Benefits never charge to activate” — SSA OIG COLA quotes + ssa.gov/scam
5. “Check who’s really asking” — America.gov + VA accreditation search
6. .gov domain check — bundled CISA federal sample; “registration only”
7. Private receipt — localStorage only
8. Free help links — VA accreditation, VSAFE, VITA, Form 14157, SSA scam

## Hard rules (do not break)

- Never say “real” / “fake” about people. Registration ≠ honesty.
- No government seals, logos, agency colors, or “verified” badges.
- Visible: “Not affiliated with VA, SSA, IRS, CISA or any agency.”
- No inbox/call access. No SSN/bank collection.
- Nothing submitted to any agency. Kurt does all outreach.
- Brand: “From The Sparks Family · Hamd Transportation L.L.C.”

## Not done / next

- Live VA OGC / IRS PTIN list ingestion (blocked on purpose for v1).
- Formal accessibility audit.
- TestFlight / native apps.
- Lemon Squeezy or any paid tier (none planned for this interview build).
- App Lab listing page (separate Kurt decision).
